which set to use on ToK

Ok so I am deciding what route I should take when figting in ToK whether to use lvl 40 legendary set or lvl 45 PvP set. I know that in dungeons and world boss the monsters do not have PDEF or MDEF like players do so it is not necessary to hav a PvP set on. But are the shadows statted like players or dungeon monsters? Is it necessary to have that PDEF ignorance in ToK?

You need lot of rage to for casting skills so always pve is better then pvpduno what class you are but if mage or archer...use pve and dont think about pvp Hehe
