Ulti refiner event forgotten????

I really hope this event is bugged or else they really need someone new to write the event specifications, because the phrasing: 'any peice of equipment' and '10 star(s)' inplicates that equepmint of all levels (ANY) as long as it have one stat (so all but White) and the 's' in the bracket just confirms that ONE stat should be enough. This is really stupid in my oppinion.
