Runestone good for 1000gold only?

before, runestones (ie., brutality, healing, etc.) are +100 exp for its corresponding rune. The healing runestone i got from tank wars says it can only be used to learn healing rune. But since i already have my healing rune, this healing runestone is worthless. and to think that its a random reward for winning on tank wars.

there is still the rune extravaganza event, you can change your healing rune for 5 small runestones
