I believe you are able to upload or they give you more avatars later on in updates. This isn't 100% info or anything just a guess. Reason why I am GUESSING(Need to make it clear so people don't think im giving false info here.) in the Chinese version i saw some different avatars but that could be a DIFFERENT COMPANY(again need to make it clear so i don't get people coming in here telling me im giving false info.)
