In game stables says +10. Until they fix it either place, not worth spending a single balen to raise BR. Being a +10 mount will go on sale somewhere else for sure.
BTW i consider info on gamefuse site 100% reliable (and they post things sooner than here).

I dont think it will come for sales its a events months, but is like the yellow wings its coming back later again for the new people some start play we maeby get it again in like 6 months or a year.
