My friend is getting this "Not enough strength"

this happens when he is trying to pick up items, what does this mean and how do you fix it.

On a side note The Guild: Assassins is now recruting lvl 20+, we are a lvl2 guild with lvl2 alter and lvl1 shop so join now!

This means your friend is out of Stamina. He can use a stamina potion, if he has one, or he can sit in the Alter of Ennoblement to generate up to 60 stamina over 2 hours in there.
