Why server merges on Friday?

It happens a lot, and there is a rumor that my server will be merged again for the 3rd time soon. And actually, you got that backward. Merges will benefit older server than newer servers. My server was screwed when we merged with a server 3-4 months older.

Anyway, i just wanna say starting out fresh in a new server because you can't keep up with some (heavy casher) players is pointless now. Your server will be merged, and you will face the same people again eventually. But this time, you have a weaker toon because it's started out later than your previous server.

people from older servers are complaining about lack of merges... newer servers get merges they dont want and complain...

what kind of illicit acts do i have to perform to get the right servers merged?
