How can I change the kind of potion in the hotkey?

Because the game are using the SUPERIOR HP/MR pot while I want to use the HIGH Lvl HP/MP, because my HP/MP is low and use the SUPERIOR Pot now is a waste of item. How can I change it to use the HIGH Pot first?
