Hall of Fame - increase BR with Academy/Blessing Wheel

If you're an archer/knight and you haven't already increased your magic attack in the academy and need a little boost to get into the next Hall of Fame BR bracket, you can add magic attack which is almost ~30 BR per level with blessing wheel

30 x 80 levels = 2400 BR

Same with mage and physical attack in Academy

entering here I thought you were wondering whether the Blessing Wheel adds br officially.
