Clothing Synthesis Good chance = ??

Title says it all
Searching some threads, some posts say 80%, some say other %. Personally, I think "good" would have to mean greater than 50% but it is in the interest of the "house" (to borrow jargon from casinos) for people to think their odds are better than they actually are.

So, what does good mean in terms of % chance. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance

40-50% from my past experience

from my experience it is worse. Clothing lvl 2-> lv3 succeeded only once in 10 fashion cores used. Many had better luck than me I guess.

you guys need to learn that 40-50% is like every time .. if you upgrade 50 times a cloth the same chance you will have.

I've never upgraded a cloth by just using a fashion core, and I used quite a few to get lvl 4 looks. Maybe it's an okay chance for lvl 3, but its definitely horrible for 4 and beyond.

What level does your HERO have to be to be able to synthesize fashion core?? I'm level 44 - getting that the level isn't high enough.
