Please, gimme rune to learn. It's suck,, everyone have a rune, but i'm cant use any rune.

What do you mean? You get the brutality rune from the quest?

I believe OP's problem is where he/she is already level 38 and above, so he/she can't auto learn brutality.

However, you can do Tank Trials and trade 5 runestones for brutality.

As for Blood/ Heal... it's currently in winning chest from Tank Trial.
And it's a chance to get, you're either be lucky or unlucky to get it depending on if you have the runes already or not, LOL.
