That might be true, for all I know. However, I'm frequently online and cultivating while out, so for me losing a mine can be the source of not inconsiderable annoyance and has often sparked a clandestine private war. That's time consuming and irritating for both parties involved. Unless you like that sort of thing, which I guess you might

If someone gets a max lvl mine, go find another or get one a little lower if necessary. Mines 1 or 2 levels apart won't make a lot of difference to your own gold production but if the other person goes without, you will be hurting them badly.
If you cannot keep the higher level mine, then you should settle for one a level or two lower. That way someone that can hold it, will not be hurting you badly for overshooting your capabilities.

    This is not sesame street.

If so why have it in game and from a strategic point it makes perfect sense to take a persons mines especially if you don't want them to have as much gold when they log back in. After all this is a war game and in war the richest and strongest usually win, Right?
I thought in war the nicest and the strongest usually win. And if you want to find out how to get banned, read the Terms of Service document.

Also, its fine if you are just stealing the mines, but if you do it to harass one person (steal their mines then abandon them) it could be against the rules
yeah their acc will be banned and deleted
interpols will hunt them down in real life and they will be escorted to china to be executed by the firing squad.

I let them keep the mines...they earn more for me when I plunder them

i like to stir the pot, i'm not at all concerned by the backlash. just takes a few minutes to find new mines if i can't take them back anyways. popularity is soooooo over rated. but this is more to prove to another player that being banned for stealing mines is not going to happen thanks for all your incites.

its not a banable offense, since the game allows you to 'steal' the mine of another player.
however, you wont make yourself popular for doing it.
I know some people who does it to others and always hate on the World Chat when it has happened.

    Soyea, your choice ;P
