There's been talk on my server about being banned from the game for it and I was just wondering if this was true. If so why have it in game and from a strategic point it makes perfect sense to take a persons mines especially if you don't want them to have as much gold when they log back in. After all this is a war game and in war the richest and strongest usually win, Right?

IMO it's bush league and a waste of time at this level of the game. We have someone on Kabam S3 server that will go around steal and drop as many mines as she can. I just plunder her for hundreds of thousands of gold in retaliation. : )

Agreed - in that individual's case, it's a question or "more off" than "more on".

Stealing mine nothing wrong with that when im lazy and i see someone mine bam i steal it if its really near me saves me time to search for new one.
