I have an weapon lv 2[ angelic and summer days] and i want to synthesize for lv 3
I want to know what weapon i can recieve after synthesize

Any of the basic ones available in the shop. Special looks (vampiric fury) are only available from level 4.
Of course, you can change its look to any of the ones you owned previously.

Do I need to use good luck charm to get level 3 clothes using 2 level 2 clothes? Shouldn't the success rate still be high since they're 2 level 2 clothes..

Yes, though you forgot aerial illusion and summer days too.

If you don't use good luck charm there's a chance of failure. I'm not sure how high it is, or if its any different from trying to synthesize with a core. The only way to get 100% is using charm(s).

in the dressing room, if you owned other styles you can switch them there

It's not a definite, getting special clothes, or in the rarest of forms, event clothing if it is still possible, all depends on luck.

You might not get it immediately, but you can use failed synthesis (one core at a time) to get it, might take like 5 attempts depending on your luck. So yeah, it is certain, but might need extra cash/cores.

Will I not lose my existing level 4 weapon if I use one fashion core and the synth fails?

after the synthesis if it fails you only lose the core..the lvl 4 weapon stays..
