I have noticed that there are bound and unbound items and aside from the guild chest are there plans or is there a way to trade between characters without going through the marketplace.

There is not a current way to do so. I assume ( And hoping) that Selling in marketplace will be the only way. If they add mailing items ( The only trade-able options I foresee) it will lead to multiple accounts farming Crypt for gems and such and then it comes down to who has the most accounts.Crystal Saga
