Exp Reduction - LvL 66 at Moon Evil NightMare - Full Exp or Not?

Hello,
i am having a hard time to decide if to lvl up to 66 for the extra skill point (troop attack boost) before the class wars, but i gonna do moon evil nightmare, now the question will i get full exp at lvl 66 from moonevil nightmare mode?

You get reduction in EXP if you do Moonevil (whether normal or NM) at level 66-69.

At 70, you get back full exp again.

No, same as with Moonevil normal, your XP will be reduced.
