New item in the Shop. related to spirit of convenant

Pls consider to add 1 item to surpress exp. an item to remove world's prosperity exp buff or remove exp gained by 50% or so.. duration of 1 month just like spirit of convenant and the price more or less like spirit of convenant about 500 balens or ur choice.. it's really important!!
u can consider to sell item to make us don't get exp at all for 1 months. about 2k balens or so will still be good enough..

+1, Although I still believe players should have the option to just turn off the buff without having to pay for XP they don't want, even paying for it is better than no choice.
