Are "Excellent" clothes that give 25 rage the same as lvl 9 or is that even higher?

Max v clothes add 25 rage
with ld medal u can start with 85 rage,which is rly,rly huge adventage bad news, u must spend something around 700k balens for this...cant remember how much now :P
