well first of all they need to work on block scroll and get the block system for knights updated as in you get hit twice you should get 2 heals from the 2 hits 2nd work on patk hp def more p def then anything and block

Well I ran a quick test and found out that there are a total of 124 possible knight builds at level 80, hope this answers your question.

2 basic builds with multiple variants with in. You got block knights and crit knights both are very good builds other builds would fall between those extreams.

Block knights have (this is the build i use it rocks period)
very-High hp
high pdef
medium-high mdef
very-high block
base only crit
medium-high patk
If you do not have high hp block is pointless even if you have it maxed out.
Skill up to you but your going to rely on delphic and e delphic attacks allot
with say wirl wind for opening against groups of mobs
Rune boosted e delphic with qte will result in very high amounts of damage.
WW with puncture talent will give a nice bleed effect of 20% physical damage for 3 rounds.
Block knights i suspect are the only class and build combination that has a chance of living past the bosses 6th hit.

Crit knights would have
medium-high to high hp
high pdef
medium high mdef
very-high patk
very-high crit
base only block

Crit knights will rely on the same skills as block knight but do a fair bit more damage per round with each skill/hit.
