What's the most efficient way to merge two guilds?

There's another guild that want to merge with ours. Is it better/faster for them to kick individually or just disband?

Kick individually, not all will be online. Make a guild notice saying there is a merge and to message certain people for an invite.
Disband after +/- a week.

Oh and be sure to disband the guild on a saturday (before the new GB starts if you do them).
When you disband after a GB top 8 has been made, the guilds who normally fight your guild (even your new guild) won't receive rewards.

To make invites easier have all members online from the guild that will be breaking up go to one of the altar of emboldment rooms. That way you can just click and use guild invite on the player. That will help speed every thing up as well.
