No more City Protection from campaign chests?

I used to get a lot of city protection scrolls from campaign chests, but all of a sudden not even 1 in a month or more.
Did they remove it or am I going to the wrong campaign?
Where can I get city protection scrolls without balens?

well assuming we'll get the skycity in patch 2.0 or 2.1 w/e we won't need cpt's anymore as plunders will be removed from the game.

I think it depends on the campaign/mpd. The first 10 campaigns always gave me city protection. Haven't tried it yet, maybe you should if you don't mind losing other stuff.
I might try it tomorrow, just for the hell of it.

I havent gotten them ever since the update from 3 to 1 mp.
Ive send r2 a ticket a few weeks ago and I only got this;

I have NO clue what it means, but I didnt replied on it back then..
maybe i should have... but whatever.

I DO believe it has to do with preperations of the upcoming patch since wilds/plunders will be gone, so cpts will be useless

I got one from guild blessing last week. None from dungeons. Soul trails used to drop CP quite frequently before 1.66 patch (Didn't try that after patch)
