I just logged on to the Chinese Wartune Server 1.

Everyone is at endgame. This is what I observe from the top 100 players:
Level 80 Character level
Level 80 Soul Engraving
Level 20 Fate (Brutal Edge)
Maxed Stables
Maxed Wings/Clothes
Level 80 legendary set (+10 to all stats)
Maxed Astrals (all level 10s)
Maxed Pet level
Maxed Guardian Soul


Not trying to be cynical here, but there really isn't anything to play for. Player rank #1 is indistinguishable from player rank #100.
They are basically just sitting and waiting for new content.

I have to disagree with you. I play on 438 server and when I look at top 100 cross server I see max 20 players with level 80 sets, the rest have 70 and even some with 60.
Regarding mounts,soul engraving and so on, future patches have a lot of daily/weekly events that offer many items that for now are hard to get (like whips,fate stones,soul crystals). I've seen level 54 with level 32 soul engraving.
I can't say anything about pets, but not even top players have full guardian set yet as far as I can see.
You seem to be very worried about what to do when everything is maxed out, and I'm starting to think that this is your first MMO?

It's only natural. They are a business after all. We're (paying) customers of R2 so it's obvious that we think they are greedy. Yet if we think from their point of view, can we not say that their strategies thus far, despite leading to customer dissatisfaction and huge amounts of complaints, have been effective in meeting their goals - making money? If they think that the implementation of the AH would lead to lower profits, of course they're not going to bring it in, regardless of how many people protest.

I'd call it fair if they give us what we should have received, but noooo, they must remove things so they could earn more at the expense of player's satisfaction. But i agree with you that they would never bring AH here, judging how greedy little -creatures that oinks- they are.

I genuinely do not believe this is the case. Hard cashers are not afraid of non-cashers toppling their supremacy. They know it's impossible. There is absolutely no way a non/low/medium casher can, for the most obvious example, obtain enough whips to get their stables to L4 and above. Refining of gear takes either a tremendous number of crystals (and luck), or money to lock preferred stats. Non/low/medium cashers are more than likely not doing Necro everyday either, so that's potentially a couple of L4 gems they are missing out on every single day. So no, the hard cashers are safe from the rest. They know this as well, so I'm genuinely not seeing why you, and a few others, keep insisting this is the case.

No. Humans are all greedy by nature. It's only natural that a non-casher wants better treatment. We see this in every new patch when the threads get spammed by newbies asking for free wings and free this and free that. I'm curious, what is this 'rights' you speak of? How is R2 denying a non-casher his rights by not implementing the AH? Does a free player have special rights to easy access to items that others needed a long time/real money to obtain?

The "rights" i mentioned is the right to have all access that are supposed to be inside this game but removed by the greed of this game's provider.

Ha Ha Ha. Make me laugh. i voted yes. Because alot of players, are not millionaires, and cant afford to spend k $ dollars on a game, but they try to reach high cashiers from behind, working hard, and they not have a chance. Maybe that auction house will make that for them.

what i see from 240k+ br ppl is that they are so casher and so hardcore at same time (srry but so Chineses), that they can arrive to there from oldcontent in 3-4 months as much, for us that would be a benefit instead because we are going into 2.1 and not into lvl80 content yet. So for more hardcore we wont get to final content(pre-lvl80) soon atleast being Hardcore+Hcasher. Per example here in ocean/asia zone there´re no more than 3 ppl able to get 140k/150k br and the cap in this patch is 170k i think; so i say capping content isnt an issue here, even if can take gearing up as ´´content´´, 0,1% of our people gona get it on reasoning time.

Anyway if AH makes people going even faster and ´´cap´´ the game, just reroll and try another class or, try dualboxing. (WoW)

The content was made for being consumed, by the most or by the least that can depends on AH.

@Arlad: I believe you are thinking about greed from Frostie's post, but it's only business. Feelings keep people good, while money keeps them fed, that's just the way society works. If you bring up the guilt trip on people how they 'waste' money while knowing others suffer, then you are also 'wasting' resources which could have been brought to people who need them more than you do.

Not everyone can be like Bill Gates or J.K. Rowling, who actually lost her status as a billionaire on charities. They can give a lot only because they acheived a lot. Do yourself a favor by not being a hypocrite and quit trying to make people feel bad about spending.

Just because it's essentially the same game (Wartune) does not mean that what 1 provider allows players access to (AH) must be replicated across every other providers.

Every player that plays under R2 has the right to access functions of the game that R2 releases, not what other providers have released. Why are you even comparing? I understand what you're trying to say but, in this context, your definition of 'player's rights' is ridiculous. You have the right to access what your provider allows, not what other providers allow.
