If I don't deactivate my account will I be charged for monthly guardian fee?

If you guys charge monthly whether I play or not, i would like to deactivate my account.

I totally dont want to play this game any more.

VIP= Pay and have. Once you pay you get it, once vip over. a message of renew will appear. if don't want to return to normal. but the month you paid u won't get it back...

well, idk what's guardian fee is, but i believe in this game you will always be charged for VIP if you didn't deactivated it even if you didn't play the game anymore.
