How many times u will say that? Read with understanding discription of this event quest, then back here It's rly silly talking why black is black and white - white

It says to refine your runes. It never said how. Where in the game does it say "this is how to refine your runes." All it says when you click on the rune is consume xx amount of rune stones or rune with a balen next to it. No where does it say click here for refinement. People are making assumptions based off what they believe it is. However, if it was the case that this is only a balen event. Then why would R2 take those events away? If it was meant for balens only you would think they would leave those events in don't you? It make them profit so it isn't something they should take away.

click on any rune and u see it only for cashers same as alchemy
