after patch 2.0, were the vouchers in the spire boxes replaced with bound balens?

yeah, i'd like to know too, is it worth keeping your spire chests, cause you'll get more than 1 bound balen instead of the 20 vouchers or not?
since conversion rate is set to 1/20, you need to get more than 1 to benifit from saving spire chests till after patch
