Where is it? I've had a number of issues regarding payment. Every time I've submitted a ticket, it's taken in inordinate amount of time to get a response. The responses I do receive all seem to be boilerplate, and uninformative. R2 has got some of the worst customer service I've seen for any company.
My suggestion would be to improve on this. Perhaps hire some people who are competent to respond in a timely fashion and address the issues the customers are bringing to them.
