So from what I've heard, each held tower...does it increase damage dealt to enemy ward, or just reduce damage to yours?

And in any case, does this affect chariots by increasing/decreasing their damage to enemy ward?

Each tower increases dmg done to tower by 25% if I am not mistaken.
I don't know about the chariot.

not sure myself but from what i know having all towers increases dmg you do and reduces dmg by100% so 25% per tower i guess
