I did some really quick calculations, 88 Cloud City Chest Piece is the max you can get for free IF you have 1000 soul crystals saved. Though they might add more quests. Again I did real quick so might be wrong.

Like it or not, people will spend again like 5k balens on that little chest ( 39 balens ) to get stuff from it, so it doesn't surprises me.

well if i cant the apollo seals. Then I am going to buy tons of fate stones. 40 fate stone for 10 chest pieces is really nice too.

To extrapolate from a game I used to play (Rage of Bahamut)...I'd say those letters refer to "quality" of the sylph.

N = normal, HN = high normal, R = rare, HR = high rare...and so on and so forth.

Though if that's true...I had been under the impression that higher quality (as denoted by "color") sylphs could be obtained through upgrading and consuming sylphs...so how long must it take to reach HR level by doing the slow grind?

They will have the mount whip event for the late half of november events. Reminder that the cloud city event ends in november 17th. This is similar with october's where first half is for the mounts, and the latter half is for the clothes.
