Incorrect quest rewards

I refer to the Soul Meditation quest as stated in here

The rewards for engraving 500X is stated to be 6 Cloud City Chest pieces in total. What I received instead, was 6 Turkey Slice which I assume is for the upcoming Thanksgiving quest which has yet to be announced.

I seek an urgent clarification as to whether this is intended and, if it's not, a proper exchange.

same here, also where is soul shard exchange event like S1 had? we're stuck with a lot of useless items now

wow a lot of events you have there, I only have turkey and chest exchange ones. Is this also a bug or they aren't for newer servers such as s371?
