Quick question from me

I saw that many people have green/blue sylphs; but when I go to sylph exchange, there is only the option for a 60 seal common, which is white quality.
How do I get the option to buy a green/blue?

green and blue you can get random from alice its all down to luck.

So the hottip on the exchange is wrong? if you buy the thing for 60 u can get uncommon/rare/epic from it?

The exchange says common - as it is you have a range of common too rare, not guaranteed rare like the chest pieces exchange, so if you open the Pack, it has a chance to give green/blue.
