Can we learn more skills for our sylphs?

you'll buy new skills by balens. For example iris has bless light like skill which is crazy in group arena .Think all of you have bless light

dont think all with balens...just the one needed alot lol

My main sylph is still level 28... My meditating sylphs even catched up to my main sylph, which is, well, a bit frustrating..
