is there anyone with a high lvl amnesia rune who can tell me if it's possible to cancel a skill that your enemy already queued up?
for example if a mage uses his group heal and you hit him with amnesia and this skill gets blocked, will this stop the skill?
whenever i try with a friend in duels he can still do his attack (even if that skill was greyed out) and the debuff will be gone.
