Not relly true i have buy 200 chest every day and not has not got it, all other has got like 3-5 x of them. I have spend over 87.000 balens and still not have it.

You need a Sylph level 60 + and purple quality or above to transform your Sylph. + items you see on the picture.

Your hero need level 70 for Medusa and Triton, they don't tell about other Sylph.

I can understand your confusion. I know I already said "upgrade" when talking about the quality/color of the Sylph.

Don't really know which term they will use, we can call that Sylph "transformation" for now.

Chinese servers have orange Apollo. I assumed by "upgraded version" of light, you mean the Orange Apollo, or is it something else?

Light and Dark also have upgraded versions. Not entirely sure on the process. On the chinese server I have a character on about 60% of the top sylphs are all dark, maybe 20% electricity, a handful of iris/apollo, and a few fire. I didn't see any wind in the top 100. I saw upgraded versions of light, dark, fire, and electricity. I didn't see anyone that had upgraded iris.
