Chinese servers have orange Apollo. I assumed by "upgraded version" of light, you mean the Orange Apollo, or is it something else?

There is an upgraded Sylph for all the 6 elements.

You need a Sylph level 60 + and purple quality or above to transform your Sylph. + items you see on the picture.

Your hero need level 70 for Medusa and Triton, they don't tell about other Sylph.

I can understand your confusion. I know I already said "upgrade" when talking about the quality/color of the Sylph.

Don't really know which term they will use, we can call that Sylph "transformation" for now.

Apollo is not a balen only sylph.

Every single player got several free event chests. Thus (albeit lucky) Apollo is/has been available to everyone for free.

Not relly true i have buy 200 chest every day and not has not got it, all other has got like 3-5 x of them. I have spend over 87.000 balens and still not have it.

I will grant you that the chances were similar to being struck twice by lightning as you discover you won the lottery.

However it does not change the fact that in the last set of chests, every player got some for logging in, and there was a chance at a free Apollo.

It's like saying: we give a handful of players appollos and we use them as scapegoats when ppl complain they couldn't get appollo.
I rather you just say:
Appollo is a balen pet, like some of the other parts in the game it's not meant for free players to have, unless you're our scapegoat... Atleast that way r2 is being honest to their playerbase.

Apollo was available, potentially for free, to every player who logged in and collected the appropriate log in bonus.
