wing synthesis question

Since the new patches, if you try to synthesize 2 wings w/o 100% rate do u lose one if it fails? I don't mean upgrading with cores, but actual wings, like if I use 2 lvl 2 wings and it fails will I lose one of those 2 wings?

it's always like that, you lose 1 one of the clothes you synthesized whether it succeeds or failed.

yes you will lose your wing if it fails, it is just like enchanting, you lose your luck stone if it fails, same here,
