Do balens still drop in single player campaigns?

Just blitzed through 11 campaigns using skeleton keys and didn't get 1 balen drop. Have they been canceled?

what is that campaign? For my case Bound balens still drop in my campaigns

I guess it depends on which campaign you're doing. For mine, drops alot but i'd rather not.
