Cannot Buy Warrior Call With Bound Balanse!

Hello,

i cannot buy Warrior Call Card with Bound Balanse ! why is that?

the only exception should be "hot events"

Players will be able to obtain Bound Balens via events, completing dungeons and via the Guild Altar.
Bound Balens will be able to be used for anything regular Balens can except for the following:

Gold/Daru Alchemy
Class War Wagers
The Wheel of Fate
To buy VIP Cards, Spirit Covenant, items that are included in the Spirit Covenant, or hot items in the Shop


clearly stated in the bound balens update in the event section

What about reviving on world boss? I don't get an option to choose bound balens.
