I thought that inactive's members br isn't taken into account in a guild after 7-10 days of inactivity (10 written on wikipedia, 7 tested by someone on this forum)

Inactive doesn't mean they're completely inactive. Many alts or accounts that are given away. Just need to log it in once or twice in 2 weeks lol.
