When patch 2.1 was put in on 6th November, all players had about 7 days (approximately.. it could be less though) to exchange the soul shards with: sepulcrums, sylph EXP scroll, Iris essence, Pan essence.
After that event is over, you can't exchange anymore.Officially retired from Wartune and Forums.
