This is just my rant along with Merge Suggestion for older servers on the East Coast.
If I'm correct, these are the 15 oldest Server Clusters on the East Coast. (Taken from Data Capture 11/26)
Cluster #1: S2, S7, S11, S18
Cluster #2: S9, S15, S39, S50, S52
Cluster #3: S13, S21, S24, S27, S33
Cluster #4: S30, S36, S76, S120
Cluster #5: S42, S45, S48, S55, S123, S127
Cluster #6: S58, S61, S79
Cluster #7: S67, S70, S73, S108, S111, S114
Cluster #8: S86, S89, S101, S104
Cluster #9: S92, S95, S98
Cluster #10: S117, S130, S133, S136
Cluster #11: S139, S142, S145, S148, S151, S154, S158
Cluster #12: S161, S164, S167, S170, S173

With the emergence of new merges for older Server Clusters (servers who started 6 months ago or more), is there any speculation of which Clusters will be merged with others? Here's a breakdown of cross-server Cluster Power:
Cluster #1: 4 Servers; 13 Top-100 BR Players; 5 Top-50 Guilds (3 Top-15)
Cluster #2: 5 Servers; 9 Top-100 BR Players; 4 Top-50 Guilds (2 Top-15)
Cluster #3: 5 Servers; 9 Top-100 BR Players; 3 Top-50 Guilds (1 Top-15)
Cluster #4: 4 Servers; 4 Top-100 BR Players; 2 Top-50 Guilds (1 Top-15)

Obviously Clusters #1, #2, #3, #5 and #7 are all very healthy with not only 7+ Top-100 Players each, but each with 3+ top-50 Guilds, indicating decent competitiveness.
Clusters #4 (S30, S36, S76, S120) and #6 (S58, S61, S79), for how long they've been around, obviously lack compared to those Clusters around them. I would think merging these two together would be the first step. Putting them together would bring together 7 Servers that present 7 Top-100 Players and 4 Guilds in the Top-50, as well as two Top-15 Guilds to foster high-end competition.
Cluster #9, for only having 3 Servers, is fairly healthy with two top-50 Guilds and 7 Top-100 Players. Their highest ranking guild, #20 Cross-Server, is fairly dominant over the other guild, ranked 45th. Cluster #9 (S92, S95, S98) may do well to merge with Cluster #8 (S86, S89, S101, S104) just to foster more competitiveness across all servers. It would create a 7-Server Cluster that would have the 2nd most Top-100 Players behind Cluster #1, but still only 4 Top-50 Guilds and only 1 of those Top-15, until things shake out.
Clusters #10 through #15 are a tough call, simply because of potential lag issues. Do you really want to merge 10 or 11 Servers into a Cluster? If so, #10 & #11 are a good fit, as is #12 and #14 merging together. #13 & #15 would be what's left, and though they'd come out on the shortest end, they'd still have 5 Top-100 Players and 4 Top-5 Guilds.
