You can only blitz through 99. 100 must be done manually. "100" doesn't fit and will change to 99 if you try to put it.

so if i put 99 it is easy win up to 99? although 99k gold is alot

Yup. If you have completed the levels before, levels 1-99 will be completed automatically while you wait. Then you must do 100 yourself.

also, can anyone tell me how Damnation skill works? why doesnt it seem to be reduced by mdef

No, it will stop at level 59.

Damnation ignores defenses. It also give you and your team a 10% bonus damage dealt to the person who is affected, for 5 rounds (I think).

Amount of Gold spend is by per level completed (however, you do need to have the 100% gold amount to start a blitz)
It doesn't take 99k gold instantly once you click Blitz

IE: every level (30 sec) it completes, consumes 1000 gold from you.
