There are so many servers in this game, how to know the event in the server compatible with my time zone beside i try them one by one

If you plan to start on a new server than check announcement to see wether the server is compatible with your timezone or not. If you plan to start on an existing server you can filter servers according to their timezone from the server selection screen.
