Not really sure, but most ppls since long ago thought it was 20% crit rate increase on WB.

Not sure about Block... cause Block does nothing useful in WB (you can't block the ultimate, lol)

well you can block the ultimate , but you will die anyway , unless you have lets say 240k br ??
