New background music

Hi, ever since i started this game i've heard the background sound of Morrowind- Call of Magic/Nerevar Rising playing, but now the last few days i've heard some other music play, not exactly sure what it is, but its a beautiful sound with a piano playing. Anybody know exactly what the music that is playing is called?
