Server Merging and Guild Rank questions

My server will be merged with 2 others very soon. I understand that inactive players will be booted. This means my level 2 guild may lose its rank.

My question is, what is lost when a guild loses rank? Will the Skill tower (lvl 8), Divine altar (lvl 6), Shop (lvl 9), and vault (lvl 5) loose their levels?

What are the repercussions of loosing rank?

the repercussions of losing guild rank is being lower on the guild rank list and thus possibly dropping out of the guild battle pool (top 8 guild, in battle rating). Your guild territory will remain untouched
