Problems during the fight

can someone tell me why i cant use some skills during fights? do i have to upgrade sth to improve the skills? if yes pls provide some information for improvement. Thanks

either is amnesia rune....but in most cases its lag.

If you have a rage consumption buff, but not the rage required to cast without it, sometimes the skill will not fire off until you get more rage. It will light up as useable but won't work.
