Put formation back- It is hard as **** to see everyone's health bars if you are the Mage supposed to keep everyone standing.
Add more things to insig shop.- Because if anyone is crazy enough to actually play to lvl 70+, after 70 pve set, insigs are almost useless.
Order the crypt and insig shop.- Seriously, are you hoping that players mess up and buy the wrong thing with rewards that take forever to earn to begin with? Put it in order.
Fix the prices-Its bad enough that players here know they are getting ganked compare to what the CN pay for the same stuff. But the prices are completely unrealistic to players just starting your "free" game. A new player has to charge 30 bucks just to open the first page of their bag or wait months with just a few slots. That it crazy.
Last- Offer real sales like decent gaming companys'. If your player base is shrinking so bad to the point you have to fill their inventory with junk they must pay to get rid of...you need to re-examine your business model.
