Suggestion to make a button receive or not-receiving World Prosperity bonus exp.
Most of new server player want exp to leveling and have a bonus server event etc.
But as for older server, most us want to get a little less exp. We want to do server event, bounty quest etc which have lots of exp and gold,
but if the World Prosperity doesn't included we'll gain less exp so, why not make a button like that for Christmas or New Year present
