on what factors healing of iris depends...i need max healing so much need

Have done some LL NM runs with an archer that has an Iris, he never fails to crit heal at least one person in party doing rain dance and the single target heal crit heals maybe 70% of the time... crazy numbers 90k heals, beats mage heals in group by a large enough margin...
Have also run with a non-crit knight, he would use the increased healing skill first followed by rain dance and it would heal 45-50k on 27k patk and lv5 EWD

I thought Iris's healing is based only on character's "highest attack + sylph attack" ?
And I don't think it combines both patk and matk from character to make highest attack... think it's just one, anyone want to test this out?
And yea, crit heal is better than any other heals, but it is also affected by your crit damage, if you only have 50% no astral, it isn't that good compared to someone with a high level determination astral.
I believe all class gets heal the same.
The only reason Knights gets more is because they have a 10% increase healing taken passive skill... archer and mages don't.
