Just got to level 44 after 30 days. Non casher Mage here, with a few options.. I already have level 2 Lightning and level 2 Fire....tho I also have the passive Mana Master which I can simply upgrade to the next skill. Which path to take?

I would've focused on the Passives, RoF and Meteor and Sunto+Resto, and leave DTF, Thunderer, Puri and BL completely out of it for now... I'd rather have a good few skills (close to) maxed, instead of having many skills at a weak level.
But... since this is what you have now, I'd do RoF, so you have at least one decent AOE skill.
